U.S. Government Accountability Office, Border Security: Opportunities to Increase Coordination of Air and Marine Assets (GAO-05-543): Report to the Chairman, Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats, and International Relations, Committee on Government Reform, House of Representatives. – Washington, 2005. – P. 1.

U.S. Government Accountability Office, Coast Guard: Challenges during the Transition to the Department of Homeland Security (GAO-03-594T): Testimony Before the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation, Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, House of Representatives. – Washington, 2003. – P. 4.
